Toonsutra is India’s new storytelling home for disruptive creators to experiment, innovate and create engaging mobile webtoon comic stories and feature the biggest comic content from India and the world.
A webtoon is a comic created specially for the mobile device. Instead of flipping pages or swiping left and right, you scroll up and down.
The Toonsutra app can be accessed on any iOS or Android mobile device. You can download it on the Apple App Store and the Google Play Store
The Toonsutra app is free to download and all titles are free to read and download except for the Special editions. To unlock Special Editions you need coins. You can earn coins to unlock the Special chapters and they will be available to you for as long as the series is on Toonsutra.
Select a series and tap the ‘Subscribe+’ button below the display banner. You’ll receive push notifications on your app whenever new chapters are updated.
To Share a series, tap the ‘Share’ icon on the top right of the episode title page to share the series. If you want to share an individual episode you’re reading, tap any panel to show the top menu, tap the ‘Share’ icon on the top right of the chapter.
Check to see if you are logged in to the correct account. It’s possible that you accidentally created a new account by signing in via social media ( Facebook), while the original account uses email login, or vice versa. To access your original account, please login using the correct sign in method that was used for the original account.
Please note that our email logins are case sensitive, so you have to enter the correct case-sensitive email address that you used to first register.
It could also be that you created an account using a social media login (Google, Facebook), instead of email login. Try logging in again using the original sign-up method.

If you received an error message during the sync, please contact us below at support@toonsutra.com so we can have it rectified. Please note that you may be requested to submit additional information depending on the content of your inquiry.
* Your reading history cannot be restored if you delete the Toonsutra Webtoon app, delete related app or mobile web data, or change your device.
You must have ample space on your phone for your Toonsutra reading history to be synced properly. If there is not enough storage left on your device you may receive this error. Please delete large videos, photos and any unused apps installed on the device to clear up device storage. After freeing up storage space, you can proceed with sync.
Check to see if you were logged out from your Toonsutra account. You can access your reading history from ‘My Collection’ once you log in with your account.
Yes, you can login with a google account.
Unfortunately, once registered, it is currently not possible to change the email address registered to the account. If you’d like to switch to a different email address, you must create a new account with a different username.
As of now we do not have the option to delete your account. But you could raise a request for the same at support@toonsutra.com and we’ll do what we can from our end.
Tap ‘MY Collection’ at the bottom of the home screen on the Toonsutra app to enter the ‘My Collection’ page. There, you can see your read history in recents section, manage your subscriptions, and check downloads.

You can create an account using your email, Facebook and Google. It’s your preference!
Our password recovery email can occasionally end up in your spam folder. If you can’t find the email in your spam folder, go to your email settings and make sure that the toonsutra.com domain hasn’t been blocked from sending you emails.

Cancel or delete any download progress and try downloading our app again.

If you experience app performance issues such as crashes or images failing to load, please try these instructions:
– Close the Toonsutra app and any other apps before restarting Toonsutra.
– Toonsutra pages may not open or start properly when your network connection is unstable. Contact your network service provider if you are unable to connect to your network.
– If clearing the cache does not resolve the issue, we recommend that you reinstall the app. If you continue to experience the same error after reinstalling, contact us at support@toonsutra.com so we can look into the issue.

Your history, subscriptions, and downloads do not carry over to different content languages.
You may be charged data fees when you read content in 3G/4G/5G environments but they will not be applicable if you have already downloaded the chapter/title.
You can download your favourite titles and read them at any time even without a network connection. All you have to do is,

Please note – You can manage your downloads in the ‘My Collection’ tab, under ‘Downloads.’ While all the titles are free you’ll have to earn and purchase the Special Editions using the coins from My Wallet.

Coins are currency that’s exclusive to the Toonsutra app on Android and iOS. You can use Coins to unlock the Special Edition series. The number of Coins you need to use for each chapter may vary depending on the Toonsutra series.
You can earn coins by doing any of the following.

-Tap ‘MY WALLET’
-You will find your earned and rewarded coins.
Every now and again we have special days at Toonsutra to celebrate certain events where we may give users Reward Coins. You can use Reward Coins the same way you would use regular coins to unlock Special Editions.
Reward coins carry the same value as regular coins (1 Regular coin= 1 Reward coin).
You can check the status of your reward coins when you open My Wallet. Reward coins do not have an expiry date.
Coin are not interchangeable between Android and iOS due to the platform providers’ policies.
You may have automatically received Coins for winning an event or taking part in one.

Yes. A valid Toonsutra account is required in order to earn Coins. You can create a Toonsutra account using an email address or a social media account to enjoy all content on Toonsutra!
We do not allow refunds of coins for Special Editions. If you can’t access an unlocked episode, contact us at support@toonsutra.com for more help.
There is a no refund policy for Coins that have not been used.
